Products and availability

We do our best to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately. Because many pieces are handmade, small variations may occur. Colors can also look different from one screen to another.

Products are subject to availability. We may update or discontinue a product, limit purchase quantities, or correct a mistake in a description, price, or promotion. If a mistake affects an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when you order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, but that confirmation does not guarantee we can fulfill the order. If we need to cancel an order—for example, because an item is unavailable or an order appears to be fraudulent—we’ll notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed before you place your order.

Shipping

Many of our pieces are handmade and made to order. Current processing times, shipping rates, and other shipping details are listed in our Shipping & Handling policy: [link to new shipping page].

We’ll email you when your order ships. If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, we’ll contact you with your options. If you need a piece by a particular date, please email us before ordering so we can let you know whether it’s possible.

Returns, exchanges, and repairs

We want you to love what you ordered. Eligibility, time limits, return shipping, exchanges, and repair information are explained in our Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs policy: [link to new returns page]. Please contact us before mailing anything back so we can give you the correct return address.

Gift cards

Gift cards are subject to the terms shown on their product page and any applicable law. Gift cards are not eligible for return under our current return policy. If you have trouble receiving or using one, email us and we’ll help.

The photographs, writing, designs, and other content on this website belong to Wild Roots Creative or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Please don’t interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Our site may link to other websites. We don’t control those sites or their policies.
