We’ve had so many new signups in the past month, and it feels like the perfect moment to pause, say hello, and share a little bit of the story behind Wild Roots.

I’m Alison – the hands, heart, and wanderlust behind this jewelry brand.

Wild Roots Creative was born over six years ago out of a deep love for travel, storytelling through jewelry, and the belief that what we wear can hold meaning. I’ve always been drawn to pieces that feel collected rather than trendy – the kind of jewelry that carries a memory, a place, or a feeling with it.

Most of my designs are inspired by places we’ve been, landscapes that stopped us in our tracks, or moments on the road that shifted something inside. Desert mornings, mountain air, long stretches of highway, quiet campfires, small towns, and unexpected conversations all find their way into the work in one way or another.

My husband Mike and I run this business together, with our amazing helper Kaelyn back in Pennsylvania keeping us on track.  (She is everything!) 

For six months or more each year, you’ll find us working from our RV, roaming the country. In the spring and summer months you’ll find us working from our little summer cottage in the woods of PA. It’s a rhythm that mirrors the brand itself – part wild wandering, part rooted home.

At its heart, Wild Roots is about living intentionally, choosing curiosity, and adorning your life with pieces that feel personal, not just something you wear, but something you carry with you.
