Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason we will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from when you received your item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Because our home has wheels and we move around the country for a portion of the year, our address changes frequently. To be sure your return is returned to the right location, please email us at:  hello@wildrootscreative.shop

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn and/or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.  

Once we receive your item(s) in satisfactory condition, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price to your original payment method.

Please contact us and let us know you’d like to start a return or an exchange.  We’ll need your name, email, and order number. We’ll ask you to ship the items back securely and with tracking.

Exchanges:

Please contact us and let us know you’d like to exchange an item(s).  We’ll need your name, email, and order number. We’ll ask you to ship the items back securely and with tracking. 

If there is difference in price we will credit your account or can invoice you the difference.

Once we receive your item(s) in satisfactory condition, we will ship out your new item(s). 

Exchanges may incur a $6.00 charge for postage and handling.  

Repairs: 

In many cases Ali can repair an item that gets damaged or breaks.  Please contact us to inquire about the cost for repair.
