Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason we will accept returns and exchanges on unworn pieces within 30 days from when you received your item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Because our home has wheels and we move around the country for a portion of the year, our address changes frequently. To be sure your return is returned to the right location, please email us at:  hello@wildrootscreative.shop

Returns:

Sometimes a piece just isn’t quite right.  It happens. You see something online, imagine how it’ll feel, and then when it arrives… it’s just not the one. We understand that.

If you’d like to send something back, your item(s) should be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with tags.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to something we missed on our end.

Once your piece finds its way back to us and everything looks good, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

To get started, just reach out and let us know. We’ll need your name, email, or order number, and we’ll walk you through the next steps. We ask that your jewelry is shipped back securely and with tracking so they make it safely home.

Exchanges:

Sometimes it’s not that you don’t love the piece - it just isn’t your piece.

If you’d like to exchange something, we’re happy to help you find the one that is.

Just send us an email and we’ll guide you through it. We’ll have you ship the original item back securely with tracking.

If there’s a difference in price, we’ll either credit your account or send over a simple invoice - whatever’s easiest.

Once your piece makes its way back to us and everything checks out, we’ll send your new one on its way.

Exchanges may incur a $6.00 charge for postage and handling.  

Repairs: 

In many cases Ali can repair an item that gets damaged or breaks.  Please contact us to inquire about your repair.
